Our pledge to each customer is a completely 'hands on' dedication to your project from concept to reality, by a single licensed contractor/company owner. We eliminate the need and expense of additional supervisors by limiting the number of projects we accept. This enables us to be 'on-site' and available 24/7 to the customer for real-time updates and establishment of priorities. This single point of contact virtually eliminates misunderstandings and miscommunications during the project and has historically resulted in our customers becoming our friends.

Cost Estimation & Management

Based on in-depth interviews with our clients, we generate a realistic, fact based, and accurate cost analysis. With you, we will evaluate the relationship between expectations, value and cost to produce a viable and accurate budget. It will be within a very small margin of error, usually +/- 3% to 5%, and build the most value into your home given the funds expended.

Throughout the project, tracking costs will be accurate by comparing our initial forecast to an actual real-time budget. This also enhances your ability to re-prioritize your appropriation of funds to meet evolving objectives. We have experienced that our budget tracking, timely invoicing, and 'open-book' accounting policy virtually eliminate customer worries about cost overruns, and does eliminate surprise expenses at the end of the project.

Quality & Value

A great deal of the quality and value built into your home is not perceived by most clients; e.g. behind the drywall. We are dedicated to building this quality into your project and helping you realize the advantages of those 'good bones' in generating the permanent beauty of a well appointed and finished product. Our fee for the project will be fixed which has several advantages for the client:

  • No incentive for the builder to cut corners in order to increase profit margins
  • No incentive for the builder to escalate costs/invoices to increase commissions
  • No need for 'change orders' – The client can make changes via telephone, email, or personal contact

Getting Started

We will help you evaluate and compare home plans with site strengths to maximize views, setting, street appeal, and overall aesthetics in your project. We will make the often daunting task such as soil testing, engineering site evaluations, erosion control plans, permits, and the architectural review board process, if required, easy.
