Founded in 2006 by Ryan Miller and Bryan Combs, Artisan Built is Lake Oconee’s premier home design firm. Both licensed contractors, Miller and Combs come to this work with 22 years each of contracting and home design experience. Miller has a BS in Environmental Health Science from the University of Georgia. Combs has a BS in Engineering Mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy, a MS in Engineering Systems Management from St. Mary’s University, and is a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserves.
